Arima Onsen is located
in the city of Kobe,
the birthplace of Kobe beef.
There are two exceptional hot springs,
"Kinsen (Gold)" and "Ginsen (Silver)".
Kobe beef tastes the most delicious when eaten after
entering a hot spring, changing one's kimono, and relaxing.
Trains run to the Onsen town (30 minutes from Minatomachi in Kobe and an hour from Osaka).

- We regularly check the body temperatures of our employees prior to entering the facility.
- All of our employees conduct hand washing, disinfecting and wearing face masks at all times in the facility.
- We installed a plasma cluster air purifier in all the guest rooms in the facility.
- We install a hypochlorous acid water generator in public spaces including the communal bath in the facility.* Regarding hypochlorous acid water generator, we have decided to remove it based on the recent evaluation of the effect and the effect on the human body.
- We installed transparent acrylic protective screens at the reception desk.
- We put antibacterial stickers on the elevator buttons.
- We regularly disinfect high-touch areas in a day such as door handles, light switches, inroom tablets and TV remotes.
- We use a photocatalytic antibacterial spray on all the cloth products in the guest rooms including sofa, curtains, bed and pillow.
- Hand sanitizer stations are installed everywhere in the facility.
- Upon request, we restrict the number of times that room clerks enter your room when serving meals.
- We ensure to keep a safe distance between the guests at the restaurant in the facility.
- We have had a thermographic camera installed at the entrance of the facility since July 27, 2020, to measure the body temperatures of our guests.

Onsen - Hot Springs
The water keeps refreshing itself thanks to the tremendous volume of hot water from the springs at Arima.

Kinsen (Gold)
Kinsen, gold water, is laden with a high concentration of ferruginous sodium chloride and is efficacious for a variety of conditions, including joint pain, stress and mental unease.

Ginsen (Silver)
Ginsen, silver spring, contains lots of carbon sioxide and is effective at increasing the metabolism and appetite, among other things. It also raises your self-healing power.

Grand Bath
We have two main piblic baths, one with minerals and salt, the other fresh water, as well as open-air baths and family bath. Each of the daiyokujo, or main public baths, boasts two wooden baths, one turgid with minerals and salt, the other fresh water, as well as two jacuzzi jet baths. Naturally, they are segregeted by gender, but they switch once a day so guests can partake of each one.

Ju-sen
Private Family Bath
There is also a kazoku-buro, or family bath, which can be reserved for private family bathing. This bath is a cozy space with a view over the town and louvered windows for privacy. Outside the baths are massage chairs, another perfect place to chill out after heating yourself up.

There is also a free private outdoor bath within Ginsen (radon fountain), which has an interior lock. Enjoy some private time, which feels like taking a bath in your own room.

Use of sister hotel, "Arima Grand Hotel"
Hotel guests are free to use any of the facilities at sister hotel, "Arima Grand Hotel," including the BF2 aqua terrace and spa, "Yurari" with its indoor bathing area and outdoor bath, the 9th floor observational garden bath, as well as the lobby lounge and stores. (Except holidays)
Cuisine
The food at Nakanobo is predominantly kaiseki ryori Japanese haute cuisine, and needless to say, it is both delicious and exquisitely presented by Nakanobo's expert chefs. The dishes vary with the season, as ingredients become available at their peak freshness and flavor, sourced from local farms, the nearby mountains and the bountiful waters of the Seto Inland Sea.
Most meals are served in the guest rooms, and there is also a restaurant, Yusai, with private, intimate dining rooms that seat two to four diners each; some of these can be connected to seat larger parties.

Arima Onsen is accessible by a variety of forms of public transport. Using the bus is very convenient as Nakanobo Zuien is a two minutes walk from the nearest bus stop.
